The Crickett KSA2161 Youth is a compact single-shot bolt-action .22 LR rimfire rifle purpose-built by Keystone Sporting Arms for young and first-time shooters. Sized for smaller statures with an 11.50″ length of pull and a manageable 3 lb overall weight, it serves equally well as an introductory hunting rifle and a target plinker.

At the heart of the KSA2161 is a manually cocked bolt action chambered in 22 LR with a true 1-round single-shot feed. The 16.12″ barrel wears a blued finish and is cut with a 1:16″ twist that stabilizes standard .22 LR ammunition. The receiver is machined from stainless steel with a matching blued finish for corrosion resistance. A firing-pin safety works in concert with the manual cocking action to keep the rifle inert until the shooter is ready. The single-stage trigger delivers a clean, predictable pull.

Iron sights consist of a fixed post front and an adjustable peep rear, providing a simple and dependable sight picture that is easy for new shooters to master. The fixed synthetic stock is finished in the signature Mossy Oak Pink Blaze Camo pattern, a high-visibility finish that has become a hallmark of the Crickett youth line. Right-hand configuration, with an overall length of 30″.
